Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we may not be able to replace or refund it.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors, your building reception, or your local carrier first. If you still can’t locate it, contact us at info@aledo.com and we’ll help you with the next steps.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email info@aledo.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
