Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange or store credit only. We do not offer cash or card refunds, except where required by law.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
• Unworn and unused
• Not damaged
• With all original tags attached
• In the original packaging
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes:
• Custom or personalized pieces
• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items
• Items returned due to sizing preferences or fit issues. Customers are responsible for reviewing our size guide before purchasing.

Exchanges and Store Credit
Once your return is approved and received, you can choose:
• An exchange for the same item or another item of equal value
• Store credit for the value of your returned item
• Exchanges are subject to approval and are not guaranteed for reasons related to fit, sizing, or change of mind. We strongly encourage customers to consult our size guide prior to ordering.
No monetary refunds are issued, except where required by applicable consumer law.
